How To Place An OrderOrders are simple to place at our online store. Just click on the items that you are interested in, make your color, size, style or accessory choices (as appropriate) and click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button at the bottom of the page!
After clicking on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button you will be taken to your shopping cart. From there you can change quantities, calculate shipping costs, "Checkout" or click on the "Continue Shopping" button.
We usually ship your items within 24 to 72 hours of receipt of your order, depending upon credit card verification. To protect our customers from credit card fraud, we perform extended credit card verification procedures. (Important Example: If you select 3 Day select shipping, your order will NOT arrive in 3 days. Please read FAQ's). However, some items require more time, especially special orders, custom orders or various items that require some assembly/customization such as camera systems, electronics, computers, regulator systems, etc. These items will be shipped as soon as possible. We will not be able to ship these items the same day. If you require these items in a hurry, please call us at our toll-free number, 1-866-696-6090 so that we can discuss the options available to meet your needs.
Sometimes an item may be temporarily unavailable or backordered from the manufacturer. We will contact you via email or telephone to discuss your choice of either shipping the item as soon as it becomes available, offer an acceptable substitute, or cancel the item from your order. In many cases the delay will not be significant, but we want you to have your toys for your vacation, so please order early and don’t wait for the last minute!!! If the backordered item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order and notify you via e-mail.
Please enter any comments on the checkout page if you have special instructions or if you need your purchase by a certain date. We will try to meet those needs but cannot guarantee shipping dates due to the variables involved as discussed above. If you require your purchase by a certain date and have not allowed ample time for shipping, please call us to verify availability and shipping dates!
We are currently able to ship in the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, The UK, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Switzerland, Guam and APO/FPO addresses (with credit card verification, please make sure you provide proper information and an ISP based email address, we will not ship to free web-based email accounts such as Hotmail due to increased credit card fraud).
